In some cases we originate concepts or work with promising companies who need to enhance or augment their executive team.  We are always seeking talented entrepreneurs in an effort to find people to partner with and run organizations.  We seek strong executive level entrepreneurs, who we generally enroll in the Executive Mentoring Program, with the ultimate goal to hand over a percentage of the our ownership stake.  This is a winning formula for our Winter Park Angels and also for the Entrepreneur because they receive ownership in exchange for their hard work in managing the day-to-day operations of these companies.
